I have been the Acting Director of ICT of University for Development Studies: http://www.uds.edu.gh/ since 2009. This is a multi campus public funded University located at the Northern Region of Ghana. It has six (6) campuses and four(4) schools with student population of 20,000.
I am responsible for formulating, coordinating, directing and implementing all related ICT activities and policies of the University. I have 25 years extensive technical and management level experience.
I hold a number of IT professional qualifications from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems, UK, MBA (MIS) Degree from Delta International University, USA and MSc Degree in IT from the University of Northwest, USA.
I am a professional member of British Computer Society (BCS), UK and presently pursuing a PhD (ICT) at Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia.
My research area of interest includes: Artificial Intelligence, eLearning and Information Systems.

Established in May 1992 by the Government of Ghana to “blend the academic world with that of the community in order to provide constructive interaction between the two for the total development of Northern Ghana, in particular, and the country as a whole” (PNDC Law 279, Section 279).
